Sustainability Manager, Associated British Foods 

Anoushka started her career straight from Leeds University with a BSc in Sustainability, and led a sustainable rice project that expanded internationally and remains under her leadership. She was quickly recognised and now serves as Sustainability Manager for ABF’s Grocery Group, supporting various ESG matters across nine businesses in the UK and Europe. Anoushka has just been elected onto the board of the Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP) for her second term, giving her the ability to shape the future work of that organisation facing into one of the worlds most environmentally concerning commodities. Anoushka is proud to be a part of SRP as she is passionate to help shape a future where rice production is both sustainable and scalable, creating positive impacts for the farmers, processors and developing a better and more conscious awareness amongst key consumers globally.
