General Manager, Rice Growers Association (Asociación Cultivadores de Arroz, ACA, Uruguay)

Cecilia Pattarino is the General Manager of the Asociación Cultivadores de Arroz (ACA), the organization that since 1947 has represented more than 400 rice-growing families and companies across Uruguay, South América. Under her leadership, ACA promotes the competitiveness, sustainability, and international positioning of one of the country’s most emblematic export sectors. 

An Agricultural Engineer with a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Agribusiness, Ms. Pattarino leads ACA’s pilot group certification project, advancing Uruguay’s commitment to sustainable rice production.
