These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the International Sustainable Rice Forum 2025 website and to your participation in the event organised by Preferred by Nature and partners (“we”, “us”). By registering for the Forum or using this website, you agree to these Terms. 

Registration 

To attend the Forum, you must complete the online registration form. You agree to provide accurate information. Your registration is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. 

Payments & refunds 

A registration fee applies and must be paid in full to confirm participation. Fees are stated in the registration form and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. 

• If the event is cancelled by the organisers, any fees already paid will be refunded. 

• Registration fees are non-refundable in the case of participant cancellation. 

• The organisers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation. 

Event participation 

We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund. 

Materials & intellectual property 

Presentations, recordings, and other materials provided during the Forum remain the property of the organisers or presenters. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission, unless explicitly marked otherwise (e.g. Creative Commons licensed). 

Privacy & cookies 

Personal information collected during registration will be used only for organising the Forum and related communications. Please see our Privacy & cookies policy for more details. This site also uses cookies and Google Analytics to improve functionality. 

Liability 

We will make every effort to ensure the smooth running of the Forum. However, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from changes, delays, cancellations, or your participation, except where required by law. 

Governing law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
