Advisor, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH 

Tobias Breunig is a Financial Advisor at the GIZ Agriculture and Food Cluster in Thailand, and overseeing the GCF Thai Rice project component on Carbon Markets. He is a Economist with a background in development and environmental economics and has previously worked with GIZ in Uganda, and was seconded to the European Commission and the German Development Ministry BMZ.
